Cumberland International Trucks is seeking a skilled Shop Service Foreman to join our growing Orlando service team. Candidates with dealership and/or heavy-duty diesel equipment experience are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

As Shop Service Foreman, you will lead day-to-day shop operations, support technician performance, and ensure a high standard of service.

Your responsibilities include:

• Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring knowledgeable technicians who follow OEM repair guidelines
• Coaching and mentoring technicians to produce high-quality repairs efficiently
• Managing service department performance by analyzing efficiencies and gross profit margins
• Supporting productive staffing, strong customer relationships, and overall operational success
• Ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
• Assigning work and supervising Diesel Technicians
• Serving as a key liaison between technicians and customers
• Taking ownership of the customer experience and ensuring a positive outcome
• Building strong internal and external relationships through clear, professional communication

Your leadership will directly influence team performance, customer satisfaction, and department success.

• Technical or product knowledge relevant to service operations preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stoop, bend, climb, crawl, lift, and reach as required for shop operations
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Ability to work in hot, cold, wet, humid, or moderately noisy environments
