Job Description
Shop Service Manager
We are seeking a strong Shop Service Manager to lead our shop team and support continued growth, oversee daily shop operations, manage technicians, ensure quality control, and keep workflow efficient and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead shop technicians
- Assign and prioritize daily workload
- Ensure repairs are completed accurately and on time
- Maintain shop organization, cleanliness, and safety
- Monitor turnaround times and address delays
- Coach and hold team members accountable
- Coordinate with field service and management
- Manage shop scheduling and job flow
Qualifications
- 5+ years heavy equipment & truck repair experience
- Previous supervisory or lead experience
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and mechanical systems
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and deadlines
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Organized and solution-oriented
