• Are you a skilled Shop Technician looking to join a pull-behind trailer repair shop team? The Shop Tech will diagnose and repair various trailer systems, including electrical, braking, suspension, and structural components. This role involves performing preventative maintenance, accident damage repair, welding, and flooring replacement while ensuring all work meets safety standards and DOT requirements.• Requirements for Shop Technician:• Proficiency with hand and power tools• Experience with diagnostic equipment• Carpentry and welding skills• Strong problem-solving abilities• Record-keeping skills• Responsibilities for Shop Technician:• Diagnose and repair trailer systems• Perform preventative maintenance• Repair accident damage• Welding and flooring replacement• Ensure work meets safety standards and DOT requirements• Utilize hand and power tools effectively• Maintain accurate records of work performed• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently
