Title: Data Entry
Type of Placement: Temp to Perm
Shift: 1st 9:00am-3:00pm Monday-Friday
Pay: $18.00-$19.00

Summary:
Our client is seeking reliable, detail-oriented Data Entry Associates for a short-term project. This assignment involves accurately entering, updating, and verifying information while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality. Ideal candidates are organized, proficient with computers, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking for temporary work with immediate starting potential.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Accurately enter data into company databases and systems.
- Review documents for completeness and verify information for accuracy.
- Update, organize, and maintain electronic records.
- Identify and correct data entry errors as needed.
- Scan, file, and organize physical and digital documents.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.
- Communicate with supervisors regarding discrepancies or missing information.
- Perform general administrative and clerical support tasks as assigned.
and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or GED is often preferred.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent data entry and typing skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word) and basic computer applications.
- Ability to learn new software and database systems quickly.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions with minimal supervision.
