Pro Resources is seeking a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Support Assistant to support daily office operations for a valued client in Lebanon, IN. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and computer skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
Part-time: 20 hours per week
Monday through Friday
9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Scan, organize, and maintain confidential documents and employee files.
Accurately update and manage employee records.
Assist with general administrative duties and office support.
Prepare, organize, and distribute important paperwork to supervisors and department managers.
Deliver time-sensitive documents throughout the facility, requiring regular walking between office and warehouse areas.
Support day-to-day office operations while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Strong computer skills are required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work independently.
Previous administrative or office support experience preferred.
Must be comfortable walking throughout the warehouse multiple times during the day to deliver important documents and communicate with various departments.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and work in a professional office environment.
