Start in Real Estate as a Showing Assistant | Ani Real Estate

Location: Chicago Metro Area Type: Independent Contractor (Part-Time / Flexible)

Looking to get into real estate but not sure where to start? Or already licensed and want hands-on experience without the pressure of building a full client pipeline yet?

Ani Real Estate is looking for reliable, motivated Showing Assistants to support our growing team.

This is a great opportunity to learn the business, gain real experience, and grow into a full-time broker role.

What You’ll Do:

  • Show homes to buyers and renters
  • Support lead agents with client tours and scheduling
  • Provide feedback after showings
  • Deliver a professional and positive client experience
  • Learn the flow of real estate transactions in real time

What We’re Looking For:

  • Illinois Real Estate License required
  • Strong communication and professionalism
  • Reliable transportation and flexible availability (evenings/weekends may be needed)
  • Punctual, organized, and dependable
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
