Showroom & Event Marketing Representative – Bath Room, Shower, Flooring, and Kitchen RemodelPrimary Location: Gilbert Showroom at Power & Ray RoadPart-Time or Full-TimeWe are growing and looking for an energetic, outgoing Showroom & Event Marketing Representative to represent our flooring, bathroom remodeling, kitchen remodeling, and home improvement services inside our Gilbert showroom and at select home shows and community events.This is a front-line marketing role focused on generating high-quality in-home design appointments and helping fuel our sales pipeline. You are the first impression of our brand — and a key driver of company growth.If you enjoy engaging people, thrive in high-traffic environments, and want base and performance-based earning potential, this is an exciting opportunity.Your Mission
- Engage homeowners in a retail and event setting
- Educate them on our services and design process
- Qualify interest and project readiness
- Set confirmed, high-quality in-home appointments
- Proactively greet and engage shoppers in the showroom
- Represent our brand at home shows and promotional events
- Introduce flooring, bath, kitchen, and remodeling solutions
- Ask qualifying questions to identify real project opportunities
- Schedule in-home consultations for our design team
- Confirm appointments and ensure accurate lead information
- Track activity and appointment performance
- Base hourly pay
