Showroom Greeter

Conklin Automotive Group is seeking a friendly and professional Showroom Greeter to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for customers entering our dealership, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate departments. If you are a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, we would love to meet you!

Special note: This position is part-time with 10-15 hours per week and the starting pay is minimum wage. This position is perfect for a retired person looking for way to stay active and earn extra income.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers as they enter the showroom and offer assistance
• Direct customers to the appropriate sales representatives and departments
• Stocking the customer snacks and beverages
• Maintain a clean and organized showroom environment
• Assist with clerical tasks as needed and support the sales team
• Respond to customer inquiries and ensure a positive experience
• Participate in training programs to improve product knowledge and customer service skills

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in customer service or a related role is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly and approachable demeanor
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Flexible availability, including Saturdays as needed
