Job Description

About Bobrick
Headquartered in North Hollywood, CA, Bobrick is a global leader in stainless steel commercial washroom accessories with more than 100 years of innovation. Founded in 1906, Bobrick pioneered the world's first lavatory-mounted soap dispenser and has grown into a mid-sized, privately owned enterprise with trusted brands like Koala Kare. Today, Bobrick operates eight manufacturing facilities across the U.S., Canada, the U.K., and India, serving customers in over 125 countries worldwide.
Job Summary
The Showroom Manager leads the day-to-day operations and visitor experience of Bobrick’s New York showroom. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating memorable, high-touch experiences while bringing products to life through strong storytelling and thoughtful hospitality. You’ll blend brand presentation, operational leadership, and relationship-building to ensure every visit reflects Bobrick’s design-forward standards and professional reputation.
Essential Responsibilities
  • Lead the experience and operations of Bobrick’s flagship showroom, ensuring it serves as a global hub for architects, designers, and end-users.
  • Manage all aspects of showroom operations, presentation, and scheduling.
  • Host architects, designers, developers, and distributor partners for tours, presentations, and events.
  • Collaborate with the NY Architectural Sales team to coordinate firm visits, CEU sessions, and launch events.
  • Coordinate closely with the NY Sales team to maintain a shared calendar of firm visits, presentations, and follow-ups, ensuring seamless coordination between showroom activity and field efforts.
  • Support the NY Sales team by assisting with inside sales activities — including lead follow-up, sample requests, tracking projects in CRM, preparing showroom-related presentation materials, and coordinating post-meeting communications with firms.
  • Act as the on-site liaison for project inquiries that originate from showroom visits or phone/email leads, qualifying opportunities and routing them to the appropriate sales manager or distributor partner.
  • Work with corporate marketing and leadership to plan and execute corporate-level visits and events — including hosting out-of-market architects, designers, developers, and distributor partners.
  • Assist in planning and executing showroom-based client marketing or networking events.
  • Coordinate logistics such as catering, AV setup, guest communication, and product demonstrations to deliver an exceptional brand experience.
  • Maintain immaculate product displays, ensuring all materials and samples are current and on-brand.
  • Track visitor data, feedback, and engagement metrics for internal reporting.

Salary: $102,000 - $117,000.00

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university
  • 8–10 years of experience in showroom management, design sales, or luxury retail environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and hospitality skills.
  • Strong visual merchandising sense and attention to detail.
  • Organized, proactive, and customer-oriented.
  • Highly collaborative and proactive in supporting sales, marketing, and corporate teams.
