• Licensure/Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Certification required
• Experience: ICU experience, preferably in high-acuity units with Epic system familiarity

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $53.60

What You’ll Do:

• Provide specialized nursing care to SICU patients post-operatively including CABG, valve surgeries, and other critical care patients
• Monitor and manage complex patients requiring PCI, balloon pumps, PA catheters, and renal therapy
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Perform assessments and implement care plans aligned with ICU protocols
• Support transplant recovery patients for liver, heart, lung, kidney, and pancreas transplants
• Participate in emergency and float team responsibilities as needed

What You Need:Required:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana or eligible for license
• ICU experience with high-acuity patient care
• ACLS, BLS certifications
• NIH Stroke Scale certification preferred
• Epic EMR system experience

Preferred:

• Experience with PA catheters, balloon pumps, and continuous renal replacement therapy
• Ability to adapt to float assignments across ICU units
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
