At FASTSIGNS of Kingston, we don’t just make signs, we help local businesses, schools, hospitals, and organizations communicate better. We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Signage Consultant / Customer Service Representative to be the face and voice of our brand.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the first point of contact for customers by phone, email, and in person.
- Guide clients through their signage needs, from initial idea to finished product.
- Manage orders, schedules, and project details to keep everything running smoothly.
- Work closely with designers and production staff to bring projects to life.
- Solve problems, answer questions, and create a great customer experience every time.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems (we train you).
- Customer service, sales, or hospitality experience is a plus—but not required.
- A positive attitude and interest in learning a creative, hands-on industry.
