Dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsCPR and AED certification preferred, but will provide
Certification from nationally-recognized fitness accreditation agency Able to teach multiple formats, preferred Responsibilities include but not limited toMeet and greet the members with enthusiasm
Design class format appropriate for type of class and participants
Serve as a good role model
Communicate with team members Address difficult situations by using the YMCA Character Values as a guide
