Job Description

Job TitleMake a direct impact on major mining operations across the Iron Range.Job DescriptionBuild strong relationships with key customer contacts across assigned mining sites. Identify sales opportunities and support business growth initiatives. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service. Understand customer operations and provide tailored solutions. Lead site-based account activities and support strategic account plans. Maintain accurate site, equipment, and opportunity records. Drive customer satisfaction and support continuous improvement efforts.The Successful ApplicantDegree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience. Proven background in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles within an industrial environment. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Able to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
