Job Description
Electrical EngineerOwn high-impact EPC projects from design through execution. With a collaborative environment, diverse project portfolio, and entrepreneurial culture, professionals are empowered to take ownership of their work and accelerate their careers.Job DescriptionWork closely with the onsite Construction Manager and electrical leadership team to support field execution activities
Participate in site walkdowns, field reviews, and construction coordination meetings
Review drawings, specifications, and project documentation to ensure alignment with field activities
Support installation, energization, and commissioning of electrical power systems
Coordinate with engineering, construction, and contractor teams to resolve technical issues during construction
Monitor electrical installation activities to ensure compliance with project requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices
Assist with troubleshooting and field adjustments related to power distribution equipment and infrastructure
Support project turnover activities, testing, and startup efforts

- Strong field or site-based experience is required
- Experience with one or more of the following:Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)SubstationsTransformersUtility infrastructure
Medium- and high-voltage power systems
Industrial power distribution systems
- Understanding of how power is collected, distributed, and delivered to end users
- Experience supporting construction, startup, commissioning, or energization activities
- Data center experience is not required
- Backgrounds in utility, industrial, power generation, nuclear, or large-scale infrastructure projects are highly relevant
- Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively alongside engineers, contractors, and field personnel
What's on OfferCompetitive hourly pay ranging from $80 to $95 per hour.Medical, dental, and vision benefits.Per diem included 7 days, expenses for travel, and trips home
