If you thrive in a fast-paced construction environment, love solving problems, and are energized by leading teams toward continuous improvement, we want to meet you.

  • Driven by our core values: Safety. Quality. Integrity. Family. Community.

We often say we're a "Family of Companies and a Company of Families" - and we mean it.

  • Perform regular job site inspections and proactively correct hazards

  • Investigate incidents and ensure accurate documentation and compliance

  • Oversee Hazard Communication Programs and industrial hygiene activities

  • Issue work permits (including confined space permits) as required

  • Serve as the primary liaison during regulatory inspections

  • Ensure medical preparedness and emergency readiness on site

This is a highly visible, high-impact role where your leadership directly influences both project success and employee wellbeing.

Who You Are

You're more than technically qualified - you're a safety champion and culture builder.

You bring:

  • A BS in Safety Engineering or related field

  • 2+ years of safety experience in construction or a related industry

  • Strong knowledge of Construction Safety Compliance

  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • A proactive mindset with strong hazard recognition skills

  • Confidence leading meetings, training, and investigations

  • A relationship-focused leadership style that inspires trust and accountability

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

You excel when things are moving quickly. You act with urgency. You take initiative. And you know that real safety leadership is about people first.
