We are known for exceptional craftsmanship, organized project execution, and an elevated client experience. We're seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Site Superintendent to lead our job sites with confidence, care, and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
Site Setup & Safety:
- Set up jobsite with signage, dumpster, and essential facilities.
- Conduct daily/weekly safety inspections and lead subcontractor safety briefings.
On-Site Supervision:
- Schedule and manage subcontractors and trades.
- Monitor daily progress against timelines.
- Read plans, confirm material deliveries, and maintain a clean, organized jobsite.
Quality Control:
- Perform daily inspections for quality, code compliance, and specifications.
- Document and communicate quality issues promptly.
Project Management & Documentation:
- Prepare for upcoming trades and coordinate inspections.
- Maintain daily logs, weekly photos, and job status reports.
- Proactively report delays and issues to the Project Manager.
Project Close-Out:
- Manage punch list completion and final walkthroughs.
- Oversee final cleaning and remove all jobsite equipment.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience supervising residential or custom home construction.
- Strong knowledge of all trades (framing, MEP, finishes, site work).
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Proficient with BuilderTrend or similar construction management platforms.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on craftsmanship and cleanliness.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Valid driver's license and truck.
Work Environment:
- Primarily on project sights with some office time.
