Job Description

We’re looking for Production Associates to work in cold environment (refrigerated) facility! Earn up to $17.00/hr. in a fast paced, fun environment, creating delicious breakfast foods. No experience required! These are temp-to-hire positions – convert to a full-time employee after 480 hours of work! Monday- Friday 5:15 AM to 3:00 PM or 3PM- 12 AMBenefits & Perks:

Pay Rate: $17.00 Available Shift Times:

Monday- Friday AM and PM shifts AM =5:15am- 3pm PM= 3pm- 12 am

Key Responsibilities:

Assembling breakfast foods on the production line in the warehouse
Reporting defective materials or questionable conditions
Stocking production materials needed for the assembly line
Maintaining the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition
Following prescribed safety regulations
Occasionally preparing ingredients using tools such as food scales, measuring spoons, and cups, etc.

Key Requirements:

Comfortable working in cold environments - ~40 degrees
Able to work assigned shift in fast-paced environment
Must be able to read and write and communicate in English
Ability to be tenacious in locating product in the distribution center
Must be organized
Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must be reliable, have good time-management skills and have ability to work at a steady pace
Walks, stands, bends and stoops for 8-10 hours during shift to locate items from orders, organize product and fulfill orders
