Job Description

We are looking for a leader that brings fun and challenges onto the slopes daily by creating an environment of trust, encouragement and enjoyment for first-time learners or skill-building guests. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of lesson activities while providing a safe, fun and professional learning and working environment
  • Responsible for training and assigning work
  • Create and maintain instructor schedules
  • Handle general line-up, operations and on-snow tasks
  • Monitors lesson groups to ensure quality and safety
  • Complete daily reports for payroll
  • Teach lessons as needed
  • Other assigned duties
  • Promote and emphasize safety in all classes
