Must have 2+ years of automotive finance experience, strong lender relationships, and a track record of maximizing product and deal performance. What You'll Do
- Maximize backend gross through strong product presentation and deal structure
- Present and sell service contracts, GAP, and protection products at or above benchmarks
- Submit deals within 24 hours and ensure funding within 3 days
- Structure deals with Sales Managers to drive profitability on every transaction
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders and finance sources
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and clean paperwork
- Train and support the sales team on finance opportunities and leasing
- Track performance across PVR, penetration, and income metrics
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years Automotive Finance Manager experience (required)
- Proven ability to produce high PVR and strong product penetration
- Strong knowledge of lender guidelines, structuring, and compliance
- Confident closer who can handle objections and maximize every deal
- Competitive, accountable, and results-driven mindset
- AFIP certification (or willingness to obtain)
