With more than 25 years of trusted experience, we are one of the fastest‑growing international home care organizations, and we're seeking caring individuals in the Salt Lake area to join our team.We currently have part‑time openings on weekdays and weekends for caregivers who are ready to bring comfort, dignity, and companionship to those who need it most.Position: CaregiverAs a Caregiver, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the daily lives of our clients by providing companionship and emotional support, assisting with personal hygiene and mobility, preparing healthy meals, and maintaining a safe home environment. You will also offer transportation to appointments or outings and give timely medication reminders. This role is ideal for compassionate individuals who want to make a meaningful impact while building genuine connections.Benefits You'll EnjoyCompetitive pay: $17.00–$18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA), minimum $27.50 per shift

Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hourRaises after 60 days and annual reviews with consistent hours

Generous bonus after 60 days (20+ hours/week and required documents completed)Mileage reimbursement between client visits (if under one hour apart)CNA School Program – ask for details!PPE provided401(k) with matching – ask for details

Ongoing training and 24/7 on‑call support

Holiday pay (time and a half)PTO program (for full‑time employees)Supplemental wellness program for part‑time and full‑time caregivers, plus dental, vision, and mental health options

Qualifications18 years or older

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Eligible to work in the U.S.Able to pass a background check

Experience with dementia and behavioral care
