As a Skilled Construction Worker, youll play a vital role in supporting our teams success and delivering high-quality results on a variety of projects. Collaborate with experienced team members and enjoy the satisfaction of seeing your work make a lasting impact.What Youll Do: As a Skilled Construction Worker, you will be responsible for:
- Framing*
- Siding*
- Finish Carpentry*
- Interpreting blueprints*
- Assisting with foundation laying*
- Setting doors and windows*
- Performing interior finish work*
- You will work closely with project managers and lead carpenters to ensure construction meets quality standards and project deadlines.
- at least 6 months of hands-on experience in one or more of the following areas:*
- framing, siding, interior finish work, laying foundations, setting doors/windows, or wood trim work.*
- You should possess a valid drivers license with a good driving record over the past three years*
- Be able to travel within a 20 mile radius as projects are located in Silverton, Stayton and Salem
