As a Skilled Construction Worker, youll play a vital role in supporting our teams success and delivering high-quality results on a variety of projects. Collaborate with experienced team members and enjoy the satisfaction of seeing your work make a lasting impact.What Youll Do:As a Skilled Construction Worker, you will be responsible for: Framing and siding projects, interpreting blueprints to execute precise measurements and cuts. Finish carpentry, including interior trim work, door and window installation, and detailed finishing touches. Assisting with foundation laying and structural framing to ensure stability and safety. Setting doors and windows accurately, following project specifications. Performing interior finish work that enhances the overall quality of the build. Working closely with project managers and lead carpenters to meet quality standards and project deadlines.What Youll Bring:The ideal candidate for this role will have: A minimum of 6 months of hands-on experience in framing, siding, finish carpentry, or related areas. Strong understanding of construction safety practices and procedures. Valid drivers license with a good driving record over the past three years. Ability to travel within a 20-mile radius to job sites in Silverton, Stayton, and Salem.
