You’ll work closely with the production team to bring blueprints and technical drawings to life, ensuring precision and craftsmanship at every step.What You’ll Do As a Fabricator Fitter, you will be responsible for• Fabricating, fitting, and welding parts and assemblies from blueprints and engineered drawings• Building custom machinery, stairways, platforms, conveyor systems, and structural components• Accurately measuring, laying out, fitting, and assembling materials• Operating shears, press brakes, rolls, ironworkers, saws, and other fabrication equipment• Using forklifts, rigging, and overhead cranes to safely move and position materials• Maintaining quality standards and a safe, organized work environment• Working occasional overtime or Saturdays to meet project deadlinesWhat You’ll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have• 2+ years of fabrication and fitting experience preferred• Strong blueprint and technical drawing skills• Familiarity with production welding and arc welding techniques• Solid understanding of plumb, level, square, layout, math, and geometry• Experience constructing structural components, stairways, conveyors, or similar projects• Rigging and overhead crane experience• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills• Ability to work independently and take pride in quality craftsmanship• Personal toolbox with standard fabrication toolsWhy Join Us in Lebanon?• Competitive pay of $26–$30/hour DOE• Full-time, long-term opportunity with steady hours• Consistent Monday–Friday schedule• Interesting custom fabrication projects with plenty of variety• Opportunity to expand your skills with an established, growing company• Affordable health and prescription coverage available with no waiting period• Additional benefits upon permanent hire• Referral bonus opportunitiesLocation & Schedule This position is on-site in Lebanon, OR, and offers a Monday–Friday shift from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.Ready to Take the Next Step?
