🚨 We’re Hiring: Skilled HVAC Installation Apprentice 🚨Location: Martinsburg, WVCompany: Johnson & Johnson Heating, Air Conditioning, and PlumbingHey there, future HVAC superstar! 👋If you’ve got 1–2 years of hands-on HVAC experience under your belt and you're ready to level up your career, this is your shot. At Johnson & Johnson, we’re not just another HVAC company — we’re a people-first, high-performance team that takes pride in doing things the right way.We’re currently looking for a Skilled Installation Apprentice — someone who can jump in on installs, knock out the basics with confidence, and is hungry to keep learning and growing. You won’t be stuck doing grunt work all day — you’ll be part of a tight-knit install crew that’s building your skills and preparing you for the next level.🔧 What You’ll Do:
- Assist with installs of residential HVAC systems (split systems, mini-splits, heat pumps, gas furnaces, etc.)
- Set equipment, run wire, install thermostats, assemble ductwork, and more
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional
- Work directly under Lead Installers who will coach and train you
- Communicate with customers respectfully and professionally
- Learn and grow every single day — we mean it!
- 1–2 years of HVAC installation experience (residential preferred)
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation
- HVAC apprentice license (or ability to get one quickly)
- Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs. and work in tight spaces
- A great attitude, hunger to learn, and team-player mindset
- Personal hand tools (we’ll provide the rest!)
