Job Description
Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Skilled Nursing (SNF) for their Lake Isabella, CA location.Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan and implement nursing care of residents under supervision of RN.
- Responsible for continuity of care by providing direct care, passing medications, as well as supervising CNAs and support staff.
- Must be willing to cross-train in other nursing departments as the need arises.
- Current California LVN license required with long-term care experience and operating knowledge of Electronic Medical Records preferred.
- Must pass nursing med test and have current BLS certification.
- Must be able to effectively communicate in English; both verbal and written.
- Must have good interpersonal skills and interface professionally, tactfully and respectfully with patients, staff, general public and governmental agency reps.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Must have Skilled Nursing Experience Sub Acute does not count
- Minimum Years of Experience: 1
