• Cary, NC $85,000 – $95,000 annually• Full-Time | 2nd Shift• 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM• Permanent Position

Phaxis is currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join a respected retirement community in the Cary area. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN looking for a stable full-time role in a supportive skilled nursing environment.

Key Responsibilities:• Provide high-quality skilled nursing care while promoting resident dignity and independence• Monitor and assess resident conditions and vital signs• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately• Maintain proper infection control procedures and clinical standards• Document nursing care and patient updates thoroughly• Coordinate care needs according to physician instructions• Order and maintain necessary medical supplies• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes

Preferred Clinical Experience:• Wound care• IV therapy• Medication administration/pass• Tracheostomy care• Ventilator experience

Qualifications:• Active RN license in North Carolina or compact state license required• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused approach to care• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
