Position Summary:As a customer focused machining and sheet metal manufacturer, Geater dedicates itself to providing the highest quality and delivery available in the industry through our commitment to continuous improvement.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. We have many opportunities available on all shifts such as:Drill Press/UtilityMachinistMachine OperatorPress Brake OperatorPunch/Laser OperatorHardware Installation TechnicianFinishing Operations TechnicianQuality Inspection TechnicianPlease see www.geater.com/careers to view full job descriptions and to apply.Education and/or Experience:Record of High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.Preferred: Six months to one year related experience and/or training.Physical Demands Include:Sitting, standing, and walking.Use of fingers, hands and arms to handle, grip, and grasp objects, controls, parts, tools and to operate required equipment; and reach, push and pull with hands and arms.Frequently lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds with assistance.Being able to see (20/25 vision with or without glasses) and hear (with mechanical assistance if necessary) sufficient to understand and comprehend individual one-on-one conversations.Why Geater?Maybe you want a change.
