Job Description
We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (Skilled Trades) for a prominent client of ours. This position is Remote (MUST reside in MO, IL, WI, NY, PA, NC, TN, FL, or GA).Job Details:
- Pay: $40 - 55/hr to Start, commensurate with experience and location.
- 12-month assignment, possibility of extension based upon performance and budget.
- Monday – Friday, standard hours, remote.
- We are seeking a progressive, high-energy Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment efforts across multiple business segments for non-exempt high-volume production, Skilled Trades & Salary Non-Exempt roles.
- In this role, you will design and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies that attract top talent and support our organization’s growth.
- You will partner closely with HR and business leaders to ensure alignment with workforce planning and deliver a world-class candidate experience.
- This position offers autonomy, strategic influence, and the opportunity to mentor peers while driving impactful recruiting initiatives.
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies focused on speed, quality, diversity, and candidate experience.
- Proactively source and build pipelines using creative strategies and grassroots efforts.
- High School Diploma is Required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience; agency experience is a plus.
- Experience high-volume production, Skilled Trades & Salary Non-Exempt roles. RECENT skill trade (ideally more the better) sourcing "High volume, non-exempt and skill trade recruiting is non-negotiable"
- Corporate Manufacturing — seeking production, skill trade manufacturing
- Union experience.
- Strong MS experience especially with shared files and Excel.
- Referral recruiting experience.
- Creative sourcing strategies.
- Proven success in developing and executing diversity recruiting strategies.
- Proactive Sourcing (Not just on job boards).
- Recruiting Analytics & Data Analysis.
