About the Position
We are seeking a Sleep Medicine / Neurology Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join a collaborative and patient-centered team within a well-established sleep medicine program. The APP will work closely alongside three physicians and one nurse practitioner in an AASM-accredited sleep center that provides both in-lab and home sleep testing for adult patients (18+).
The practice is part of a growing and expanding Critical Access Hospital that also serves as a Level IV Trauma Center, offering a broad scope of services to the region. The organization is known for its strong culture, supportive leadership, and excellent team environment.
This position offers an outstanding work-life balance with four 10-hour days per week, no after-hours call requirements, and an average patient volume of approximately 12 patients per day. The hospital utilizes the EPIC electronic health record system.
Key responsibilities include:
Evaluation and management of patients with a wide range of sleep disorders
Reviewing and interpreting sleep studies with physician collaboration
Initiation and ongoing management of PAP therapy
Patient education on sleep hygiene, treatment plans, and therapy adherence

Compensation & Benefits
This is a hospital-employed position offering a very competitive total compensation package starting at $147,000+, which includes:
Strong base salary
Quality incentives up to $15,000+
$20,000 commencement bonus
