Job Description
Assist Slot Supervisor in guest service and public relations on the slot floor. Answering general questions about machine play, identifies and refers problems or complaints to immediate supervisor.Specific Responsibilities:
- Provide quality Guest Service.
- Corrects bill acceptor jams.
- Completes hand pays and jackpot pays.
- Resolves minor guest disputes.
- Follows all policies and procedures.
- Keeps the Casino clean.
- Assist Slot Supervisor and above with special projects and assignments.
- Completes other duties as directed by Slot Supervisor.
