Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – PRNNew London Rehab & Care of Waterford | Waterford, CT$55–$60/hour | PRNWe are hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) on a PRN basis at New London Rehab & Care of Waterford. Join a collaborative rehabilitation team providing individualized care to residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs.What You'll DoEvaluate speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing function
Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and clinical findings
Provide skilled therapy addressing communication, cognition, and dysphagia
Monitor resident progress and modify treatment approaches as appropriate
Educate residents, families, and caregivers on strategies that support communication and safe swallowing
Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation
Coordinate care with nursing, rehabilitation staff, and other healthcare professionals

QualificationsActive Connecticut Speech-Language Pathologist license required
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Strong clinical and communication skills
Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
