As our Small Engine Service Technician, you will:
- Diagnose, repair, and recondition small engines for agricultural equipment
- Use special tools and shop equipment safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Participate in ongoing service training and education
- Follow all safety rules, regulations, and shop policies
- Support customers by ensuring their equipment performs at peak reliability
Your detail‑oriented approach and technical expertise help keep our customers' operations running smoothly.
What We Need From You
- Extensive computer proficiency
- Knowledge of Windows‑based programs including Service Advisor, Parts Pro, and business systems
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, work overhead, and lift 50 lbs
- Ability to safely operate vehicles and equipment for diagnostics
- Ability to complete and pass JDU core certifications (electrical, hydraulic, service advisor) and Honda certifications
- Willingness to continue JDU and Honda training to stay current with products
- Valid driver's license
