Open Positions: SME Analyst (Material Planning) SME Analyst (Supply Process) SME Analyst (Issue Process) SME Analyst (Returns Process) Location: 100% Onsite -Fort Worth, TX Type: 5-month contract with opportunity to convert. Join our dynamic airline supply chain team to drive operational excellence in aircraft spare parts management. We're seeking analytical experts to identify inefficiencies, perform root cause analysis, and deliver data-driven solutions that enhance processes, reporting, and tools for better performance within budget. Top 3-5 Skillsets / Years of Experience Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with an aptitude for problem solving. Proficient in SQL, knowledge/basic experience of data processing/manipulation languages. 3 years job related experience. Key Responsibilities Develop data models and visualizations using Power BI/Tableau to optimize aircraft spare parts operations. Design, implement, and monitor process improvements; present strategic analyses and recommendations to leadership, supervisors, and planners. Collaborate with Line/Base Planning, Network Planning, Base Material Planning, AOG, and Stores teams to uncover improvement opportunities. Build data tables/pipelines, manage Agile/Scrum backlogs, support team queries, and refine user experiences. Extract/analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Operations Research, or related quantitative field. 3+ years of job-related experience. Required Skills Proficient in SQL, data tools (Microsoft Azure, Databricks, Data Lake), visualization (Power BI, Tableau), and MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams). Excellent quantitative/analytical skills, problem-solving, project management, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
