Snap Fitness Manager

Snap Fitness in Richmond, TX is looking for career minded, sales focused membership counselors interested in rapid career growth. We currently have 2 locations and looking to continue our aggressive growth plan.

Purpose: To be a part of a profitable club with honesty and integrity, upholding the Snap Family Values

to exceed all personal sales quotas; to create great moments for members, guests, and other team members.

Responsibilities: Excel in Personal Sales by exceeding sales goals, personally handling potential renewals following the Standards of Production.

Proper execution of daily appointments

Start each day with a facility walk through, ensuring proper upkeep of equipment and cleanliness

Closely watching the Member inquiry Log in order to handle member questions, complaints and cancellation requests daily.

Work diligently to ensure member referral awards are given in a timely manner.

Knock our member's socks off by being a members favorite, being on the floor using the 20 and 10 foot rules, and anticipating and exceeding our members expectations daily. Be Seen! Be personable!Personal Skills:Must be passionate about the fitness industry

Must be a skilled and persuasive communicator

Must help keep the gym clean at all times

Must be personable and friendly with all personality types

Must create a Social Media Page to help with Marketing

Must be willing to create fun and create videos for Marketing Purposes and to help promote good health a fitness

Must be willing to help with outside Marketing Events

Must be detail oriented
