Travel Registered Nurse SNF California Side of the Reno-Tahoe Region (Near Reno, NV)Contract Length: 13 WeeksWeekly Compensation: Up to $3,240 (Based on Experience) Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing agency, is currently seeking an experienced Travel RN to join the compassionate care team at a Skilled Nursing Facility near Reno, California. This 13-week travel contract offers competitive pay and the chance to make a meaningful impact in a close-knit rural community surrounded by stunning natural beauty.Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting*
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and manage IVs and wound care*
- Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals on care plans*
- Supervise CNAs and LPNs and ensure high-quality, person-centered care*
- Document resident status, changes in condition, and care provided*
- Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and safety protocols*
- Support residents and families with education and compassionate communication
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (ASN or BSN)*
- Active California RN license (or ability to obtain before start date)*
- BLS certification required*
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting*
- Strong clinical assessment and time management skills
