Job Description

Job ResponsibilitiesOperate all snowmaking equipment in a safe and efficient manner

Operate all vehicles, including snowmobiles, in a safe and efficient manner

Perform basic snowmaking equipment maintenance

Work on the production of snow to create the best skiing surface for our guests.Creates and maintains top quality snow surface of manmade snow.Set up, tear down, and maintain snowmaking systems.Manufacture snow which meets or exceeds established quality standards.Set up guns and hoses as directed on the mountain.Monitor quality of snow produced; make adjustments to snowmaking equipment as necessary.Responsibility for checkout and return of all small tools to original locations

Report any malfunctions or needed repairs of operational problems to the supervisor immediately.Ability to work in all weather conditions Requirements:Ability to communicate situations and concepts to other employees

Able to work extended hours outdoors Must possess valid driver's license

Good organizational and mechanical skills

Must be able to operate snowmaking equipment safely

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions

Self motivated and able to satisfactorily perform tasks without supervision

Be able to lift 50 pounds
