Job Description

Primary Skills: TikTok/Reels (advanced), Short-form video editing (advanced), Creator workflows (intermediate), Social media trends (advanced), Content briefing (intermediate) Contract Type: W2 Duration: 12 Months Location: Chicago, IL / Greater NY Metro Area (#LI - Hybrid/Remote) Travel: Up to 25% (not likely that much) maybe once a quarter Pay Range: $25/hr - $30/hr#LPJob Summary:

This role is for a creative specialist to produce authentic, platform-native social content that connects with target audiences. You will leverage your expertise in short-form video and UGC-style content to build brand engagement. The ideal candidate will understand creator collaborations and contribute to content strategy. Resumes should include candidates portfolio link at the top

Key Responsibilities:

Craft engaging social content for various platforms.
Edit short-form videos with a lo-fi, platform-first aesthetic.
Assist in developing content and creator briefs.
Stay current with social media trends and emerging formats.
Collaborate with internal teams on content strategy.

Must-Have Skills:

Strong TikTok / Reels experience
Work that feels platform and not overly polished
Experience with creators / influencers / UGC workflows
Ability to contribute to content & creator briefs
Recent short-form video work, Examples of lo-fi / UGC-style content
Strong social-first editing skills

Experience with creator platforms and user-generated content is highly preferred for this role.
