SOCIAL MEDIA AND CREATIVE ROLES
We are searching for several high-performing and enthusiastic individuals to join the sandlot+co. social and creative team. We're looking for people looking to get their foot in the door to the agency world, and more experienced managers and creative leaders.
We're focused on finding high-aptitude people who think clearly, take ownership, and care deeply about doing great work. The exact level, responsibilities, and scope of the role will depend on the person.

What you'll do (scope varies by experience)
Depending on experience and aptitude, this role may include some or all of the following:
- Develop, manage, and execute social media and community engagement campaigns across multiple clients
- Build and maintain content calendars that align with brand voice, platform best practices, and campaign goals
- Write clear, on-brand copy tailored to different clients, audiences, and platforms
- Collaborate with design and account teams to bring ideas to life
- Monitor engagement, conversations, and performance across platforms
- Use data and platform insights to inform improvements and future campaigns
- Identify opportunities for creative ideas, local relevance, or PR-style moments
- Ensure creative work meets brand standards and client expectations
- Stay current on platform changes, content trends, and the evolving social media landscape
More senior candidates may also:
- Provide creative and strategic direction
- Solve tough problems for the team
- Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities
- Improve the quality and consistency of work
