About the roleWe’re hiring a hands-on content creator to help tell Circle Creek Therapy’s story. This is not a generic social admin role. Day to day you’ll shoot and edit short-form video, design graphics, and turn clinic moments into clear, on-brand content for families and clinicians. You’ll work alongside our social workflow (including Munch Studio) so finished assets actually get used.What you’ll do- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video (Reels/TikTok/Shorts-style) for clinic, staff, and family-facing channels- Design graphics and simple motion assets (posts, stories, event creatives, job/hiring creatives when needed)- Capture authentic clinic content: tours, staff spotlights, tips, events, and treatment-friendly moments (always HIPAA-aware)- Adapt one idea across formats (video cutdowns, stills, carousels, captions)- Keep a light content calendar and hand finished assets to our social/publishing workflow- Collaborate with leadership and clinicians on messaging that’s warm, accurate, and on-brandWhat we’re looking for- Strong portfolio of video editing and graphic design (show us both — required)- Comfortable with tools like CapCut / Premiere / Final Cut (or similar) and Canva / Figma / Adobe (or similar)- Eye for pacing, captions, thumbnails, and mobile-first storytelling- Reliable, organized, and fine collaborating in a healthcare clinic setting- Bonus: pediatric therapy, healthcare, or local community marketing experienceDetails- Location: Onsite · Auburn, WA- Employment: Part-time · ~15 hours/week- Compensation: Competitive / DOEHow to applyApply through this posting.
