Responsibilities
- Assure that required office and administrative functions are met on an ongoing basis
- Plan, organize, and assist the office manager in day to day tasks.
- Assist and coordinate new hire orientations, obtaining current staff photos, and creating social media content
- Develop and maintain records and reporting systems which provide for proper service control and measurement of program outcomes
- Encourage and promote positive and professional communication between staff and agency administration
- Ensure the accuracy of public information materials and activities
- Assistant coordinate agency programs with other community agencies and strategic partnerships
- Ensure the client complaint process is followed and intervene/escalate where appropriate
- Assure the availability of Administrative staff at all hours of agency operations
Qualifications
- 1 year social media experience
- 1 year of office administrative work
- 1 year experience working with adults and or seniors
- Deep understanding of financial management of a healthcare facility
- Effective leader with good employee relations and customer service skills
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance regulations with eagerness to improve
- Good interpersonal and analytical skills
