Job Description

Avenue of Smiles Dental Practice is hiring a full-time Social Media & Patient Relations Coordinator to work on-site in our dental office. This role combines social media content creation with direct patient interaction and follow-up.

Responsibilities:

Capture photos and short videos of daily office activity (staff, doctors, hygienists)

Request and coordinate patient reviews, testimonials, and video feedback

Edit and post content across social media platforms

Maintain and grow the practice’s social media presence

Follow up with patients after visits to assess satisfaction

Address patient concerns and help improve patient experience

Preferred Qualifications:

Social media management experience

Video editing experience (strong plus)

Marketing experience (plus)

Comfortable interacting with patients and staff in a dental office setting

Position Details & Benefits:

Full-time, in-office position
