Social Media Content Creator Location: Farmingdale, NY
We’re looking for a creative, socially native Social Content Creator to join our growing team. This person will be the heartbeat of our social storytelling; capturing, editing, and producing content that brings our artistry, community, and brand DNA to life across TikTok, Instagram, and Meta.Please note: This role requires availability during nights and weekends, as our community is active around the clock.
What You’ll Do:
- Concept, capture, and edit video and still content for TikTok, Instagram, and Meta; across both organic and paid channels.
- Create content in-platform using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, and Canva to quickly edit for social-first storytelling.
- Stay ahead of the curve on social trends, sounds, and creative formats, and proactively pitch ideas for content and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing and creative teams to bring briefs to life through storytelling and visual direction.
- Build shot lists and creative outlines for upcoming social shoots.
- Capture behind-the-scenes moments during brand campaigns and events to amplify brand storytelling.
- Use a strong sense of lighting, framing, and composition to ensure every piece of content reflects our artistry standards.
- Design simple graphics and motion elements for stories, reels, and social tiles.
- Maintain and organize content assets in Dropbox, shared drives, and team phones for easy access and archiving.

- Skilled in mobile-first video editing and graphic tools like CapCut, Canva, Premiere Rush, and others.
- Passionate about beauty, artistry, and storytelling.
- Comfortable shooting both on iPhone and camera, with a basic understanding of lighting and composition.
- Exceptionally organized with an eye for detail and file management.
