The ideal candidate will also coordinate with our marketing consultant to ensure our branding and marketing strategy remain consistent.ResponsibilitiesVisit active job sites to capture photos and videos.Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.Edit short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, etc.).Schedule and publish content across all social media platforms.Coordinate with our marketing consultant (Karel) on campaigns and branding.Help create marketing materials for promotions and events.Maintain an organized content library.Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments/messages when appropriate.Stay current with social media trends and recommend new content ideas.Occasionally attend company events to capture marketing content.QualificationsExperience creating content for social media.Experience with video editing software (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar).Basic photography and videography skills.Strong communication and organizational skills.Comfortable visiting construction job sites.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Preferred SkillsSocial Media ManagementVideo EditingPhotographyCanvaAdobe Creative SuiteCapCutDrone experience (preferred but not required)Basic knowledge of Google Business Profile and digital marketing (preferred but not required) Compensation is based on experience, creativity, and qualifications.
