This position is open to students currently enrolled in a co-op program through Northeastern University. The term will run from July to December 2026 and the successful candidate will be expected to work in-office five days a week.
About this position:
We're looking for a creative, culture-obsessed Co-op to join our Client Services team. As a Social Media Content Creator Co-op, you'll help concept, produce, and edit social content for brand campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, and more. This role is part of our high-performing Services team, collaborating closely with client-facing experts to bring content to life. It's perfect for someone who lives and breathes trends, loves storytelling, and has a knack for turning everyday moments into scroll-stopping content.
What You'll Do
Brainstorm & Pitch: Support creative ideation sessions for upcoming campaigns and always-on social content.
Create Content: Capture and edit short-form videos, photos, and graphics optimized for each platform.
Trendspot: Monitor social trends, sounds, and memes to inform creative concepts and identify opportunities for brands to join the conversation.
Content Planning: Help organize and upload content to social scheduling platforms
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with designers, strategists, and influencer marketing teams to bring ideas to life.

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a design program (graphic design, digital media, visual communication, or related field)
- Great proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and basic familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro)
- A good understanding of social media platforms and experience in creating content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.
- Ability to design visually appealing graphics while keeping up with platform-specific guidelines
- Creative thinking, adaptability, and openness to feedback
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- A portfolio showcasing design work with a focus on digital or social media content (please include with application)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with motion graphics and animations for social media
- Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite)
- Knowledge of trends in social media marketing and content strategies

We take a market-based & data-driven approach to compensation. We leverage data from trusted third-party compensation sources to help us understand the market value of a role based on function, level, geographic location, and scope. We evaluate compensation bi-annually, including performance and market-related factors.
To comply with local legislation and ensure transparency, we share salary ranges on all job postings. Skills, experience and other factors help determine the final salary we offer which may vary from the original range posted.
Salary Range: $21/hour
Where we work:
We have offices in Boston, MA; Vancouver, BC; Chicago, IL; and Vancouver, WA. For select positions, we are open to hiring fully remote candidates. We post our positions in the location(s) where we are open to having the successful candidate be located.
