Social Media Coordinator (Temporary)Location: Fort Worth, TXJob Type: Full-Time | TemporarySchedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PMWork Arrangement: 100% OnsitePay: $22.00–$24.00 per hourPosition OverviewWheeler Staffing Partners is seeking a creative and organized Social Media Coordinator for a temporary, full-time opportunity in Fort Worth, TX. This fully onsite position is responsible for creating engaging social media content, managing daily social media activity, editing video, tracking analytics, and supporting digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate is experienced with Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and CapCut, with a passion for social media trends and brand engagement.Key Responsibilities
  • Create photo, video, and graphic content for social media platforms.
  • Photograph products, events, promotions, and employees.
  • Film and edit videos for Reels, Stories, live streams, and promotional campaigns.
  • Develop content calendars and schedule posts using Meta Business Suite and Hootsuite.
  • Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.
  • Assist with Meta account administration, troubleshooting, and support.
  • Track social media performance using Google Analytics and platform insights.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly analytics reports with recommendations.
  • Support paid social advertising campaigns and monitor campaign performance.
  • Assist with Instagram Live events, social commerce initiatives, and content repurposing.
  • Support SEO efforts, Google Business Profile updates, and overall digital marketing activities.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of social media, digital marketing, or content creation experience preferred.
  • Experience with Instagram, Facebook, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics.
  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong video editing, photography, copywriting, and content creation skills.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to work onsite full-time in Fort Worth, TX.
Preferred Experience
  • Retail, e-commerce, luxury goods, jewelry, or consumer brands.
  • Paid social advertising, SEO, and Instagram Live selling.
  • Knowledge of social media algorithms and engagement strategies.
