We are currently looking for a Social Media Marketing Coordinator to join our team at our Warren, MI headquarters, with a primary focus on enhancing the online presence of multiple privately owned organizations. Responsibilities:

Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
Plan, shoot, and edit video content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
Schedule and post content strategically on various social media channels to amplify brand visibility and foster engagement
Stay updated on industry trends and social media platform changes to implement the latest features and best practices
Monitor and analyze social media analytics to track performance and recommend strategies for improvement
Collaborate with different departments to gather information and insights for effective content creation
Align internal communication and social media strategies with company goals by collaborating closely with Human Resources Management
Contribute to the planning and execution of internal company events
Assist in organizing charity events, contributing to corporate social responsibilities initiatives
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adhere to deadlines for content creating, event planning, and internal communication initiatives
Contribute to the development and distribution of a company newsletter to keep employees informed and engaged

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
Proficient in utilizing Canva, Squarespace, Adobe Creative Suite, to enhance campaign effectiveness and analytics.
Experience creating and editing video content for social media.
Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
