Social Media Guru/Specialist

We are a foodservice management company in the K-12 education market for more than 30 years with locations in NJ,PA, FL, and MD. We are hiring a reliable Social Media Guru/Specialist to Handle high quality , consistent content execution across our social media platforms. this role is execution-focused with a strong emphasis on quality, presentation and brand alignment.

This role is not about posting for volume alone. All content must meet a clear quality standard. Posts should be thoughtfully designed, and aligned with the brand. Low-effort or repetitive posts are not acceptable.

What This Role is NOT

• No paid ads management
• No influencer
• No ownership of overall marketing strategy

Qualifications:

• Experience managing social media accounts. Special attention will be given to Linkedin.
• Instagram Reel creation skills (hooks, pacing, basic editing, covers).
• Ability to create visually appealing posts and pins.
• Good written English.
• Organizes, reliable, and comfortable following brand guidelines.
• 2-3 work samples.

Responsibilities:

• Create and post high-quality content.
• Use exiting content and create new content and/ or articles for posts.
• Maintain consistency while ensuring strong visual and content quality
• All content must meet a clear quality standard.
• Posts should be visually clean, thoughtfully designed, and aligned with the brand.
• Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a paid sample task, which will include one Instagram reel for a merchandise product and one Pinterest pin.
• This helps ensure alignment on content quality, style, and expectations before moving forward.
• This position will report to the Director of Marketing.

Work Details:

• Part-Time, 20 hours per week 
• In-office position, no remote or hybrid.
• Long-term/fulltime opportunity for the right candidate.
