Arnie Bauer in Wilmington wants to talk to you.
We're looking for a Social Media Influencer & Automotive Sales Trainee to help us create content, build our local following, generate leads and bring more people into our dealership.
You do NOT need car sales experience.
We'll teach you the cars.
We'll teach you the automotive business.
We'll teach you how to sell.
What we're looking for is harder to teach:
Someone with personality, creativity, confidence and the ability to create content that gets people's attention.
Your job will start with creating social media content and learning our products. As your knowledge grows, you'll begin working with customers and selling vehicles — including the customers your own content generates.
Compensation: Salary + Commission
