As the Social Media Manager at Bridgewater Consulting Group, you will play a key role in shaping our brand presence online, engaging with our audience, and driving the growth of our digital community. You will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies across various platforms, managing content calendars, and monitoring engagement metrics to enhance our social media footprint.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase engagement and drive traffic to our website and services.
Create and curate compelling content that aligns with our brands voice and goals, ensuring consistent messaging across all social platforms.
Oversee daily management of social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other emerging platforms.
Monitor social media trends, competitive activity, and audience behavior to inform content creation and strategy.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with online communities.
Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to create promotional content and campaigns that support business objectives.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics, preparing regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve the social media experience for our audience.
