About the Role:
PureFYX is looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our growing team in Cleveland, OH! In this role, you'll be the voice of our brand across all social platforms, crafting compelling content that connects with our audience and fuels our digital presence. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X
- Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content including graphics, reels, stories, and copy
- Monitor and engage with followers, responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) and deliver regular performance reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to align social content with marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
- Stay current on social media trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms
- Manage paid social advertising campaigns and optimize for reach and conversions
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Proven track record of growing social media audiences and driving engagement
- Proficiency with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite)
- Strong copywriting skills with an eye for visual storytelling and brand voice
- Experience with basic graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with paid social advertising on Meta, TikTok, or LinkedIn
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
